This was an outstanding week in real estate! Accepted offer monday, 2 accepted offers on tuesday, an accepted offer on thursday, wrote 2 offers today along with a closing, and an accepted offer! Showings tomorrow with two different buyers, and more showings on sunday with another buyer! Just goes to show the exceptional opportunity in this current market and buyers taking advantage of these low interest rates and the fantastic selection of homes!!
