A:
In a SF transaction after an accepted offer there is a defect discovered in title. The buyer MUST provide to seller in WRITING of said such defects as a notice, in which the seller may have reasonable time to agree to cure said defects but not in excess of 15 days.
B:
Buyer does not have to submit to seller in writing and can rely solely on a verbal notice of defect?

The New York Times reports the U.S. Economy added a healthy 103,000 jobs in December, helping the unemployment rate dip to 9.4% .
