Fact or Crap: A or B
A:
In a SF transaction after an accepted offer there is a defect discovered in title. The buyer MUST provide to seller in WRITING of said such defects as a notice, in which the seller may have reasonable time to agree to cure said defects but not in excess of 15 days.
B:
Buyer does not have to submit to seller in writing and can rely solely on a verbal notice of defect?
Fact or Crap A or B???
